How to commission a piece.

• To commission a piece an initial meeting takes place where we advise the client on design, material selection and the best method of construction for each design.

• Concept sketches  are prepared so clients can fully visualize the piece before construction begins. Material samples can also be prepared to ensure the color and texture are suitable for the chosen design.

• A written quotation is then given for the final design agreed upon. This will detail not only the price but all design specifications and materials to be used and an estimated completion date. The price and completion date will only change if there are any variations that you request.

• To confirm all orders we require a deposit of 50% to commence the work, with the balance due on delivery.

• Hand crafted furniture cannot be rushed, therefore our delivery times are generally around 14-16 weeks from date of confirmation to delivery.
